Abstract
The sole aim of this research is to investigate financial management practices and the performance of small and medium sized enterprise, Port Harcourt. The researches design adopted was survey research design. The study adopts a primary method of data collection which involves the use of questionnaire. Findings reveal financial management practices has a significant on profitability but it does not have a significant impact on both customer and employee satisfaction. These findings will inform numerous business owners and management on how they may improve the profits of their organization, by having all well managed financial practices. The study adds to the body of knowledge on financial management practices and the performance of small and medium Enterprise.
