We remain true to our culture of publishing only original research papers that

are at the cutting edge of the various disciplines of the authors. The current

volume opens with the contribution of two scholars, Shafi Bhat and Rifat Gul

from India, on Environmental Governance & Policy in Federal Framework

of India. Other subjects addressed cover issues such as security,

unemployment, political leadership, political participation, economic

development, and non-governmental organisations.

Following the resignation of Professor Olajumoke Yacob-Haliso, who

served for four years as Editor-Chief of JIPAD, Professor Gift Uchechi

Ntiwunka has assumed the position of Editor-in-Chief of the journal.

Professor Olajumoke Yacob-Haliso of Brandeis University, has accepted to

continue to serve in the Editorial Advisory board of our journal.
